Sokhatai is a small, frail little Xaela who has a deep, abiding love for her Lord and Savior, Bahamut. She's in her mid-twenties and came to Eorzea of her own volition once she had enough money to make the trip in order to learn as much as she can about the fall of Dalamud and the subsequent "Calamity."
She is a rather shy person, oftentimes found just standing by herself, reading her tome - "Bahamut" - and studying its arcane rituals. She does not have much in the way of a filter and, as such, has a hard time making friends with Eorzeans. They don't tend to appreciate the way she refers to their loved ones who passed away in the Seventh Umbral Calamity.
She currently crashes at her friend's apartment unless she's been bedded by someone who offers her a better option. Working for the Caliginosus Circle, she is studying deeper into the arcane, though to what end, I mean, it should be obvious.
